About Me

My photo
Christine
Thanks for stopping by! My purpose in writing this blog is to encourage and empower others suffering from TMJ disorders. This is my experience, and my path will not be right for everyone, but I do know that this condition is a universally painful, complicated, and very misunderstood disease. I often felt discouraged and alone, while trying to figure out what to do. However, I have always believed that everything happens for a reason. I never lost my faith or hope that I would find an answer. If sharing my story can help even one person feel less fear and isolation, all of this documentation (and posting horrendous photos of myself) will have been totally worth it! ☺
